Eleven thousand years in the future, humanity has spread through the stars. Human beings have forgotten Earth\'s location and found many new planets to settle upon. Human settlements in various solar systems, on new life-sustaining planets, have become their own powerful societies and developed unique cultures.

Rapid technological advancements have brought these societies, once isolated by thousands of lightyears, crashing together in unexpected ways. The engineers responsible for these advancements are now burdened by the consequences of their technological discoveries and the power that comes with them.

In the midst of the chaos and war now brewing between the various human empires and their alien allies, an unknown threat greater than the political squabbles of humanity begins to emerge.
