Love Like Heaven

As I pen a continuation of "From Hell to Heaven," this standalone story is titled "LOVE LIKE HEAVEN." --- Prologue: "Divya, you're absolutely right," Daksh admitted, stepping closer to me. "I admit, I've been a player," he confessed, his voice tinged with a hint of defiance. Without warning, he pulled me into an embrace, his grip possessive as he tilted my chin, forcing our lips together in a heated, rough吻. "Let go, Daksh," I pleaded, trying to break free, but he refused, pinning me onto the bed. His hand tightened around my wrists, while his other hand found its way to my chest, causing a sharp pain. I whimpered at the unintentional torment, struggling to comprehend his sudden change. I'd always believed in his love, but that didn't mean I condoned such forceful actions. With renewed determination, I bit his tongue, earning a startled release from his grasp. The sound of a slap echoed through the room, and guilt flashed across Daksh's face. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said those things," I spat out, tears welling up as I stormed away, clutching my mouth. Our journey, filled with twists and turns, begins now – two people, polar opposites, inexplicably drawn to each other like magnets, despite the aftermath of this fateful encounter.
