Quite interesting. There's already enough world building in the first 2 chapters that you could already get the feel of the world view of the characters.
Also the concept of Qi being discovered through a mutation is interesting. Qi has always been a concept that is capable of destroying worlds in various novels, and yet Qi in this novel seems like it's just a means to make life easier and live longer.
If there is one thing that I can say it is that Anji knows her characters.
they read well and despite fitting into the typical character types, they have personalities that many writers try to give their characters and fail to do so.
it started off with a bit of an info dump, but since then it has been smooth sailing.
overall the world is pretty simple and easy to understand,
