This novel is very interesting. I havent read a prehistoric novel for a long time. I at first found the MC to be very annoying for arrogantly thinking less of the primate people's intelligence. His actions despite being good intentioned might irritate you for a while BUT it pales in comparison to how magnificent the story itself is. I hope this gets selected. I am truly intrigued by this novel.
Out of all of this authors works this is definitely the best and my favorite in my opinion. I don't really like the other works of this author. In the godless one i didn't feel like the MC personality reflected his own life experiences well, so i only read first few chapters. Against the heavens i just don't really like that MC either. I would also rather read about someone trying to gain power for revenge instead of love like this novel.
Giving solid 3.0 pre-reading based on premise, might change after.Transfer memories to the brain of 1-month baby.... If this is not a cultivation novel, where laws of biology don't work, the baby is fried. To begin with, pre-adolescent brain is VERY different from an ***** brain - look up "Synaptic pruning". Secondly, infant brain doesn't have enough brain connectivity to begin with, to hold a full stack of life memories. Unless some very abridged, very packed version of "future vision" was sent, this would not work.
