Hahahaha, one of the story I read in the RAWs.It’s currently up to 500th chapter (14.1.2022).It’s a transmigration story, but a slightly OP talent. Somehow the MC can do whatever he want at a REALISTIC pace, without interference of stronger power.I have read up to chapter 352 atm, and I would say I love it. Hopefully the translation is good.5 star because some people will random 1 star it hahaha.
Started out interesting, with a focus on academics, advancement and collaboration. Halfway through (several hundred chapters in) it turned into another nationalistic oppressed political underdog narrative where China pretends to be the victim of all the bullying strategies it uses on the rest of the world. China is the great Amber Heard of the modern era: beating others while using makeup to fake bruises and slandering the victims.Nobody cares where the protagonist is from until the author starts force-feeding you racist, nationalist rubbish. Not only have they used the traditional US bogeyman, but they've also taken potshots at Africans, Indians, Chinese expats in Australia, Germans, etc. It's not about the story anymore. The author decided to make the entire world a stage for Chinese slapstick virtue signalling.I'm going to go look for some Xianxia, maybe, because the only Chinese novels that don't turn racist are the ones where the MC doesn't interact with non-Chinese people.
Not recommending anyone to read this novel, it's too innocent and immature.Even after reading several dozens of chapters the MC is still an idiot and act like a moron.The writing quality is good though so there is at least that....The world design is also good.So all in all it will get a three star for me.
Great novel! At first it starts as your generic xianxia with arrogant reincarnation, arrogant young masters, revenge plots, etc. But then you actually see character and people with a first reaction other than 'he is more talanted then me lets kill him'. In general, its a pretty fun novel and worth a try
Typical cultivation novel we get on our everyday's life when we see the synopsis, bla bla bla bla... I can be wrong bu whatever, I'll give my **** to rate this **** and 1 star is more than enough with that synopsis. Now I'll **** off
I don't have enough words to express my joy of finding such a unique story. This may also remind you movie 'Dante's Inferno' and seven circles of hell. This one way different other stories about death, underworld, souls, realms, demons, gods and devils. It has mythological references to various cultures. It starts with typical isekai story setting except that most stories I've read in this genre are comedy whereas this one has a darker and negative setting. It then follows with betrayal and our MC's journey through hell, literally. This is where the real story starts.
