So I am a little confused here. Is this book set in New York or Texas as that is where AmelIa was flown after being kicked out. With Ryan showing up so frequently it would have to be one place or the other but it appears that he is flying between the two locations.
As a Chinese reader who's here just to check out the English version of my favorite web novel, I just want to say that the translation doesn't even convey half the beauty and wit of the original novel, there are so many good parts that the translation left out. Even the author said once that she didn't think Doomsday Wonderland would make a good translated novel, but even so, now that I've read it, it doesn't look bad to me; it looks as if it could have been originally written in English, the translators did a fantastic job. But I still have to add, the original version is even better!!Also I'm really disappointed that the novel was cut due to a lack of popularity, because hell, this novel is still going strong here where I am and it's already been updated to 1702 chapters as of today, so why is Webnovel cutting this??? I just can't understand. Pleeeease pick it up soon. I'd just do the translation myself but that would be piracy.
I can't make an educated review just based on the current number of chapters released but one thing is sure i.e. it has potential but somewhere it seems something is missing. More focus should be given on character development and world background too. Hope it's content quality further improve with time. By that time I'll rate 5*****.

With forty-three chapters so far, I believe that my slow but steady effort should have created a proper background for this book to continue without feeling too rushed and rigid to the point it missing the slice of life that supposed to be included.The novel Lan Xian Di, aka Supreme Emperor of Mist, touched on the story of Qin Lan as he followed his own belief to walk the path of cultivation once more as he unlocks the memories about his first, second, and third reincarnations.It won't be a rushed story for sure, as I'm intended to make this more of a slice of life novel. As I am still inexperienced right now, the story might seem lacking in picturing many aspects of the story. But I'll put effort as it goes to make this novel better in each chapter.Another part to take note of is due to my OCD health issue, this author of yours will always have difficulty completing a chapter properly. Often, it's because my idea and writing don't match one another in the expected 1500 words and above. It is also my biggest trouble so far as once in a while, producing a chapter end up as a hurdle to me for days and weeks.But I'll try my best to continue. Webnovel did offer me a contract early when we're at around fifteen chapters, but I hesitated as I'm worried that I couldn't perform as required. Of course, signing one would be great because it means my book will be valued greatly.I'll end this review here as today is counted as one of the best days for me so far. Just writing some dates that you might want to explore410- End of an era, and begging of the dark ages in Europe793- This date is actually somewhat relevant to the story, 1453- Very sad year, makes me depressed just thinking of it..1709- I hate Russia..... Especially when it owned Ukraine (Poltava)1789- How a dream can crumble so easily1792- Death of probably Sweden's greatest king(Many more interesting dates, but I don't feel like writing a history essay about historical dates xD)
This story has developed to be one of my favorite must-read in this website. One of the major points on its favor, is its originality. I've never ever read or even heard of something like this, and for that i congratulate you.
I'll be honest, I like the concept and how the characters are carried, but I don't know if I would recommend it, the armor of the plot is too much at the beginning so do not expect any kind of explanation, literally everything happens just because. An argument that is often repeated a lot in this novel is: Something incredible that probably no one would have thought of. It is not that I complain, but if you stop using it in excess, it would help a lot of dear author. Anyway, if you want to read something new if I recommend this work but do not expect something from the other world.
