First the translator of this novel now is CKtalon, one who also translate TMW, and not GGP anymore... so the translation quality is surely good.. Now, for the novel story, we have our mc: Qin Yun, a wandering cultivator who just go back home after traveling for 6 years.. he is actually have a pretty good quality for mc as he isnt ***** and shameless, always try to help his friend and family, and ruthless to any enemy, including those courting death young master.Its just the beginning of the novel after al. But i must say i really entertain by this novel.. this novel isnt just about faceslapping and have an actual good plot similar to other IET novel.. so i really recommend you to try reading it and dont listen to those qidian hater reviewer..
this story has nothing to do with his reading skills, learning capabilities or his smarts. it a wish fulfillment, slice of life, semi-smut like all others of it's kind.
Well thought-out world, characters with fleshed out personalities, and a fun, upbeat story to keep you going through the day. I thoroughly enjoy the main characters, and learning of the different side-characters has been enjoyable as well.
