I really have a strong dislike for super naive characters. This is the very definition of that, why would you blabber all your secrets knowing what humans are capable of. This character acts like they are incapable of thinking unless they are in some kind of trouble. The writing and grammar was good, the character is what threw me off from continuing Volume 2
after she tells the little secrets and powers to an organization, she becomes a lab rat and then they say that her DNA (blood) is purer and wants to make an exchange proposal for her blood to do the rituals for her organization agents of it only for the good of humanity, and she accepts for them to give it in exchange for the materials to make her stronger.
My note: for me she became a blood donor (but actually she became a laboratory rat) for the organization
i love the story so keep on writing ok and hope your doing ok and be on good health when writing this and make sure you check when finish and check if it good or not and post it ok and thank you very much.
So far, the character development and progress has been very progressive, not suddenly overpowering. so I really like this story. [img=recommend][img=update]
You know, for a book with a simple and sleezy premise it has a lot of good moments. Frankly it feels a lot like the author makes it up as they go along, but so Ling as they keep their facts straight (and they do for the most part) it's ok. The main character is a very flawed person, which is slightly refreshing from the standard goody two shoes.
My biggest complaint is that the actual story doesn't start until about the halfway mark. The writing before that is important context but the main story doesn't start till midway in the book.
Overall I'd say a worthwhile read. An author more talented than I was expecting
