First Review, huh? Well, then..

To start with, I haven't really come across a manga with such a unique story. A guy building a house to pass on his good looks genes? Seriously..? But, as the story progresses, you'll discover the actual theme of the manga [I figured it out only at the very end. heh.]

Characters - Shoujo manga typically feature pure, heroine characters. However, this purity (embodied by the main character) encounters life's lessons, teaching us not to judge a book by its cover (represented by her eccentric roommates). Nonetheless, they are all quite pleasant (there's generally just one surprising aspect about the two roommates).
It was truly refreshing to see the protagonist persist and find her calling.

Art - It's.. decent. Some illustrations aren't particularly stunning, but the artist does put in a good effort overall. So I'd rate it an 8.

Did I enjoy the manga? Somewhat. It was distinctive and a fast read. I must warn you though, it's best suited for readers 13+ due to some inappropriate content.
