Story overall is super basic with constant writing deveatioms leading to meaningless prose and incessant repeating of lines. Overall the author wants to try to fill up the word count with detail but fails most of the time. Martial Arts theme is cool and all but just not executed that well. Typos almost every paragraph. They range from improper grammar to entirely missing words. If the author were just to read over what he wrote it would easily be an entertaining read. The fact of the matter is the authors lack of editing just leads to the readers becoming  unwilling editors themselves. I can confidently predict that if the Author focused any amount on cleaning up simple mistakes the novel could easily become more popular. Unfortunately as it stands the Novel is very close to MACHINE TRANSLATION quality and thus at most will be considered a filler book between people waiting for what they actually enjoy reading.

Caught up 795 and can say this is a great novel. Though there are a few things to note that are required going in:

1: Deal with a lot of science and a fair amount of Psuedo science. Don’t get me wrong, I think author does a pretty good job of staying accurate. But its still fantasy. Some suspension of disbelief is still required.

2: info dumps. Omg so many info dumps. They are usually cool so I have enjoyed them. I generally like detailed novels over fast pace and lacking content. This novel would be pretty fast pace without the info dumps. I think it strikes a good middle ground but if info dumps are a no no for you then this probably isn’t for you.

Overall those are my two warnings! If those aren’t a problem for you I 100% recommend trying this novel. It’s not #1 of those Im currently reading but it’s definitely near the top! Oh also low romance. I like this but if you need heavy romance or harem this isn’t for you at least so far.

This book has way too many unnecessary descriptions, I have to deal with that by skipping to the relevant details, but otherwise it's a pretty decent read. In exchange for slow pacing you have good worldbuilding and constant supply of character progression, making the plot smooth and satisfying.

A masterpiece in world building, character design and power system. Just reading the fights in this story gets my blood pumping. The author has weaved a power system that is so creative and allowed for so much creativity. A power system and the main character's climb so believable that you will find yourself wondering if humanity in real life might also be able to achieve these levels of individual strength. Hats off to an incredible writer and this incredible story. I am glad that I am able to witness this story and John Falken's climb as it gets unfolded.Thank you

    Read till Chapter 126.

The writer has a good hold of his writing style, and is very consistent overall. I like the story progression and generic motivation behind the MC. However, there is a glaring plot hole that is not covered at all. There is absolutely no mention of edged weapons at all in the academy time, but it was mentioned during 1st mission. This implies that they exist in this world. MC or his friends never encountered swords or other weapons when MC said that the land expansion of humans using gunpowder weapons was in stalemate. With the world low on technology, but still very much developed, it seems weapon forging would have been a great boon to humanity.

Making this a complete martial arts novel is cool. Depending solely on flesh and bones to survive and excel without armor and weapons is a very good concept, but projectiles should be included. Humans created shields and bows of wood before metal, and it is established that trees are plentiful in this world.

Cultivation without any energy to depend upon is very challenging and I commend the author to make it this detailed. Maybe they introduce it later on. They are already hinting at lightning, wind attributes, and whatnot, and if they do introduce energy/mana/qi I am curious as to how they incorporate it into a story without much foreshadowing. Overall at this point, I am bored of highly detailed martial art and want some exciting flexs instead of reasonable disapointment.

6th chapter needs reworking, that’s the moth of immersion breaking. The whole thing about muscle memory and that he still can’t adapt to his body just doesn’t make sense

This Webnovel has only just started, but thus far it's been enjoyable. The author has a good grasp on language and the way he sets up and deals with a rather generic set-up is refreshing and feels very real. He has a good grasp on how he wants to tell his story and I feel his style lends itself to writing a battle story like this. Can't wait to read more.

Not bad. I actually enjoyed it for the most part, but I dropped it after the author started adding symbiotes to the martial world. I didn't like that part. I don't mind it existing, but hate that the mc wants some bug in his brain. The whole symbiote thing just feels off to me in a martial world, guess I'm more of a purist than that. So yeah, dropped. Good read otherwise.

The story looks good through the reviews
I want to read it but I have some questions
Does this story contain vulgar metaphors like other cultivation stories such as young masters, face slapping and repetitive events?
As for the power system, does it depend on experience and talent, or on the nonsense of medicines, pills and of the Dow?
Finally, are the side characters alive and have ideas, or are they brain dead characters?

It should be a part of it. That's should be why theres the question "Who are you" which his grandmother saw. It should be along the lines of being true to oneself.
