    Correct.MC system only allowed him to Allocate his Stats Points. But, remember Because he can Allocate his Stats Points he can make it Full Mark. E.g: Someone can only have 10,6,5 Points on their Stats, while he can do 10,10,10 Stats. So, he can't strike those weaker than him is nonsense.

    I want to try reading this but I'm scared of unnecessary misunderstanding HAHAHAHAHAHA I don't really like misunderstanding it's annoying.
