Surviving the Magic Academy With Just Intelligence Stats

as of chapter 40 the story and powers are great. the horror parts are engaging. im just worried that the mc will be too OP on later chapters. the side characters are fleshed out.

When I first started this novel I really liked the premise and all so I actually bothered reading the raws and let me tell you it only gets worse. Every single arc in this whole goddamn novel is exactly the same. First someone offends Mc, Mc hits back, the situation escalates and Mc is forced to flee by some sect elders. He then gets some random ass power up and proceeds to wreck the sect. And out of the rubble walks the next random dude who offends the Mc. This wouldnt be that bad if the characters and the story were interesting, but no. Every single Person in this world has exactly one of three character types: the benevolent friend, the useless fodder and the literally braindead genius/op sect elder. And to make things worse, the author hasn’t succeeded to include one good female character in all of the 2000 chapters. They either fall in love with the Mc or are bat**** crazy. I cant remember one sane female that wasnt on the mc d*ck. As for the overarching story, the thing that I initially thought was this novels strongest point, well, the author decided to retcon it all halfway through and then proceeded to completely ignoring all that was interesting and mysterious in the beginning for “muh we literally gods now”the translation quality is good tho, a shame the novel is not up to par

I truly did not like this and simply couldn't read past chapter 14.I felt as if i would simply die of frustration because of everything that was happening in the novel and the reasons behind it. The author aswell as other 'reviewers' have tried to make excusesfortheplain lack of logic and common sense, but with an mc who changes personality, has a naive trust for strangers from an entirely different planet that happen to remind him of those cultivation novel he read, previously confirmed by his 'system' (master)and makes unique life decisions considering he has 'read novels like this before', marries a girl because he feels sorry that he has no choice but to take her virginity, forced into situations by his useless system that incurs the death penalty for evry failure. The fact that a 60 year old former mma champion, a man who occasionally reads webnovels, predictably gets pushed around by trouble he has invited into his radar, being called a slave because of his haircut and not doing anything about it not five chapters later and not even having a stray thought about freeing himself.

When I read the synopsis I was pretty impressed. So many information and events in just a few lines, so I thought if I could really get what you want to say on this novel, but when I started the first episode it made me laugh, and I think it's a really good thing! because I understood what style of writing you have and it's very fresh,Keep going!
