By far the best book on this platform. Remember to read the prologue otherwise you won’t understand who Carl or Chris or Ezio are.

A great plus of this story is that there are no gratuitous good guys or bad guys, with one exception. The characters deemed to be protectors, guardians, are often passive in front of evil bacause they deem it necessary. Likewise, « evil » characters are not defined by their crimes and have believable motives and dreams that actually could change the world for the best. The main character also frequently does good for the wrong reasons.

There is a love square, but the mc doesn’t allow himself to be tortured by it. He is able to resist the seduction of his love interests, especially when he thinks that love might be immature, that it might exist for the wrong reasons.

    Awesome, just it.
It's an isekai novel, but different all I've read before.
    I'm really enjoying.
The form he organizes the world, all the things. Everything has a good structure and is working very well.
The way that the people live with magic, all the society is built around it.
Not just it, but the kingdom organization, the army, all the secret societies. It's all wonderful.
Any chance to see it in a manhua?

I've been reading this novel for around 2 years now and finally remembered to drop a review. Before I read this novel, I was not much of a reader, I really disliked reading since at that time I thought of reading as 'boring and wasting time', but around 2 years ago, I randomly stumbled upon this novel and thought it looked interesting so I decided to give it a try, when I read the first chapter, I got so hooked that I continued reading and reading and when I stopped, I realized that I had been reading for more than an hour, I was honestly surprised at this moment as I never thought that reading would be this much fun and that I would spend an hour just for reading. From there, I read this novel whenever I had free time until I caught up with it's latest chapter which was around chapter 100+ at the time if I'm not mistaken. After catching up, I decided to try reading something else while waiting for a new chapter release, and from then on, I became the bookworm I am today, even my friends criticize me sometimes for spending too much time reading novels. All this was thanks to this novel, it got me hooked on reading even though it was my first time even reading a novel, this novel is really good and just gets better later on. It will forever remain as the number one novel on my heart and I just wanna say thank you Legion20 for creating this amazing masterpiece.

Supreme Magus is one of the best mage development fantasy story that I encoutered among my readings.

The author has created a mana and spell system very complex and detailed, and the characters are varied, well though, and lovable.
The world is also very well designed, with complex political situations and ominous but mysterious threats.

    I am a fan !

The development of Lith as a magus some time make me think of the Harry Potter series, but with a ***** point of view and a less manichean approch.

Overall, the book has an overwhelming sense of self. This isn’t a story that follows every other trope or timeline, but one that follows its own path.

Not only that, the story is consistent and makes sense, the foreshadowing is used correctly, the characters have shown steady, fluid development, and the world is created well. 5/5 stars deserved. This could be published as a paperback eventually as a bestseller if wanted.

I love this story and honestly wish there were more like it. I like how the MC is good and yet bad all at once, and how he at first he is selfish and only cares about himself but over time he learns to care for others. Honestly there is no real way to do justice for this novel, but it is the best novel there is.

"Supreme Magus" is a captivating novel that delves into the realm of magic, fantasy, and the human spirit. The story revolves around an extraordinary protagonist, often navigating the complexities of power, morality, and self-discovery. Set in a richly imagined world, the author weaves a tapestry of intricate plotlines, where magic is not just a tool but a reflection of its wielder's character.

The novel explores themes of mentorship, as the protagonist learns from both benevolent and malevolent mentors, forcing them to question the true nature of good and evil. It challenges readers to ponder the consequences of wielding immense power responsibly and the importance of empathy and compassion in leadership.

I've been reading this book for a while now, and it's amazing! although my words can't do this work of art justice I'll try my best: The characters feel so real and the author does an amazing job in making all of the magical laws make sense. when the protagonist becomes more powerful it isn't in some vague way that he is suddenly "stronger" but he gains some new thing through hard work. it makes the story that much more impressive because it feels like he is just describing how another world works rather than some make belive thing!
