I'd rate the story an 8 because it effectively illustrates how the characters start off and then grow closer. The lesson I learned from it is not to give up on love, even if someone can be extremely cold. It has all the elements that make up a compelling story and describes the essence of new love well—especially if the person is attractive and part of a famous band.
The art gets an 8 as well since I'm not overly critical about art styles because everyone has their unique approach. This style is certainly distinctive in its own way.
For characters, I'd give it a 9 because it does a great job showcasing each character's personality.
In terms of enjoyment, it's a 7 for me. While it was a good short story, it wasn't entirely my type.
Overall, I think it deserves an 8. It's intriguing and features a well-developed romance with its own uniqueness, much like other stories. (These are my personal opinions; yours may vary depending on your preferences.)
Personally, I didn't particularly enjoy "Chohatsu BABY" mainly because I'm not fond of cold personalities. The main character, Tsubasa, exhibits this behavior initially. Overall, it's a pleasant short story illustrating how love evolves. Like many romance mangas, it includes drama, but the other main character, Kobaku, is cheerful and willing to do anything to maintain the relationship. I wouldn't recommend this to those seeking a highly dramatic romance story. However, I would suggest it to individuals looking for a quick love story involving a reserved guy and an enthusiastic girl exploring romance. Sorry if this review wasn't helpful!
