Annoying snarky system, an MC with absolutely no drive willpower or self confidence, seriously slow leveling up, and constant failed missions. Honestly I'm only still reading it because some people say it gets better, but the MC is pathetic if he is this lazy and still expects to succeed in pro football. I just don't see the appeal in reading about a loser failing challenges even when he has a cheat like system. The romance is ok but feels pretty flat as well. All in all, I'd say read it if you are really wanting a sports novel. Skip it if you want to read a novel with an MC worthy of his system.
I love reading novels that have a cold-blooded mc that doesn't mind getting his hands dirty, and this novel is just that. The MC is calculating and cold, doesn't mind killing people to get what he needs and wants, and does some things that I didn't expect, so far, loving it.
Anyway, as that purple slime kept wriggling around inside that part of that web trying to break free and maybe it wanted to melt it but what that slime wanted didn't matter nor what I wanted mattered either as those dots of light that formed that web didn't seem to care and each released a powerful stream of energy engulfing the whole space in a bright layer of light, so strong an beautiful but lethal as each of those streams of light were even hotter than a solar flare, burning, scorching and smiting anything in their path, all aiming at one single target, that purple giant slime.
Barely one month after the holiday, I was given a letter that stated I must go home and various unrealistic and some made up reasons that followed afterward.
