Malachim is an interesting novel.
First, I would advise giving it a chance until chapter 4, the novel really starts there.
It's an interesting premise and well-executed, Malachims, possessions, the church, it's all kind of simple to understand, while all those things clearly have more depth to them.
One thing I had a hard time with is remembering Alley wasn't a girl LOL. I'll get used to the name... eventually!
So far the novel has been set up properly, and we encountered interesting characters, and there's some foreshadowing for things to come, so it should be interesting to red.
The pace feels slow at times, but the faster-paced scenes make up for it.
I recommend :)
