Can’t make any sense of it, at first you can still enjoy it but it just keeps getting more and more out of hand.
It’s the first time I felt that the author had absolutely no plan for the novel and just kept throwing in ideas as they came and hope that they fit together. Well, they don’t.
I’m really disappointed because this actually had potential. The characters at least are reasonable. Oh well, some people have said that this is a good novel to pass the time while you wait for updates on your favourite novel, but for me it’s just a waste of time, you’ll end up feeling disappointed and frustrated when you drop it.
Enough said, it’s just my opinion. Hope some people can still enjoy it.
At its core, the novel delves into the ethical dilemmas faced by its protagonist as they grapple with the responsibility that comes with unlimited knowledge and abilities. It highlights the struggle between the desire for personal growth and the fear of losing one's sense of self or becoming a god-like entity. Through its characters, "Limitless" raises questions about the nature of humanity, the role of empathy, and the importance of empathy in a society evolving at breakneck speed.
The narrative also serves as a cautionary tale, reminding us of the dangers of unchecked progress and the need for responsible innovation. It encourages readers to reflect on the value of limitations, as they often provide a framework for growth and prevent the erosion of our shared humanity.
Ultimately, "Limitless" is a thought-provoking exploration of the human condition, leaving readers with a profound sense of introspection and a renewed appreciation for the complexities of our existence. It is a compelling read that not only entertains but also provokes meaningful discussions about the future of humanity and the boundaries we should never dare to cross.
