In the year 2741 Music has become a thing created solely via technology. The age of instruments had long since passed.
Jericho grew up in a family who lived ‘outdated’ lives. From his grandfather, he learned how make, repair, and play a good amount of instruments. It was his life passion. If he lived in the early 2000s he would have become famous with the skill he possessed.
The man worked hard on both his job at an antique shop and his failing musical career to take care of kid sister, the only family member he had left.
Freedom online (A very generic MMO type of name) had recently been released. One of the many VRMMORPG’s created in this era. Jericho and his sister ignored the game as it was something well beyond what they could afford.
After unknowingly experiencing both a disaster and a fortuitous encounter, Jericho and his sister are given the game with the hope this new world can bring his wonderful music to light.

    In the beginning, it wasn’t a “Dark and Stormy Night” nor  “Once Upon a Time”... but rather a line that grabbed my attention.  When I started to read this story I was instantly pulled into the lives of the...   “...Long, bony fingers gripped...”

    Well thought-out world, characters with fleshed out personalities, and a fun, upbeat story to keep you going through the day. I thoroughly enjoy the main characters, and learning of the different side-characters has been enjoyable as well.

    This Novel is a gem, especially for gamers who like to be a support character. Or a healer.

    And this suit me very well, since i ALWAYS pick non combatants class, but not a crafter too.

    This is a slice of life story about a genius musician who love wholeheartedly to music and the instruments, but not naive. They wonder the game world to spread joy and sorrow with music as their medium to tell their story straight to listener heart.

    That's all about it. Since i don't want to spoil the story plot.

    This story ain't perfectly written, and maybe not your fav, especially to chunnin reader. Since MC is a pacifist. But, being a pacifist isn't mean a cowardice. As Corporal Desmond T Doss from US prove it in WW2.

    Currently im on chapter 25 the novel was great if you guys love vrmmorpg music and the adventure genre you guys should check it out by the time this review is made the story is still at its way for development but its a gem to be marked

    So good! I love thw soft hearted hero and his little sister. They make the perfect duo in learning how to play a traditionally kill or be killed game in a non-violent manner!

    I have just finished the first volume and really enjoyed it! The characters are interesting, the way they play the game is something you don't often see in novels like these but with the writing style of this author it really shines!
