The anime title is different than the novel title, it’s the same for “That time I was reincarnated as a slime” In which the LN title is “Regarding reincarnating as a slime”
This novel had a really promising start…but! The author is too smart for his/her own good. They refused to take the simple and straightforward path.
Everything has to be overly complicated and convoluted, it takes too many turns. Instead of moving on with the plot, the author keeps adding random side quests. Many time while reading, I stopped and asked what's the point of this part/arc?
There are more problems with this novel but i’m too lazy to write them all.
