Overall a good read would love to read more of this. I hope that there are frequent updates. The chapters being locked after chapter 5 was a surprise but I feel like it is worth it.

This book is nothing new, it’s a young master who used to be a genius, who is now looked down upon in his clan. He gets a grandpa in a ring, a legendary technique etc.At the same time it seems like everyone is hostile to him for no reason, the clan members, the guards, shopkeepers, and so on, just so he can do some face slapping later on.I do however like that he doesn’t just kills every one he meets. A few of the characters, like his disabled uncle and the fourth elder of his clan are kinda like able as well.Don’t get me wrong, the story is trash, but it’s readable trash, which is a lot better than most of the new stories here.

It has a dungeon vibe, but thats all. The writing is weird sometimes, with typos there and there, the characters are bidimensional and the story goes too fast, making any evolution in characters akward. The main character is a secondary character and the story is writen in first person in present, a curious choice, but also harder to use. To be fair I only read a third of the book, mainly because a got bored. Is very light, but this factor is more of a personal taste. The main character is also extremly naive, and aparently everyone is. If you want a light non complex  dungeon "theme" novel, this would do the trick, but not very good otherwise.

The most bewildering part were her eyes, wide open—as if she had been roused—but lacked any sense of cognizance. The colouration of her irises were reminiscent of an intense charcoal-like hue, which slowly subsided to its original emerald green.

"I don't know if that's sweet or insulting to that friend," Annabeth says wryly.
