This is one of the best cultivation novels I have read.
I don't know if this has been dropped or not since there has been no updates for a few months

    Mismatched elements:
    - Graphic abuse is glossed over.
    - Pacing issues.
    - Unclear whether the main character is reincarnated or just recalling memories. Sometimes it's stated that he doesn’t remember specifics from his previous life, yet he later describes his past life to justify his current thoughts, lacking coherence and continuity.

I enjoy cliche stories, but this feels like a random assortment of cliches thrown together without context.

This is a very cliché novel featuring a classic Japanese protagonist who is overwhelmingly kind, to the extent that he eats his meals from a bowl on the ground like a dog, and shows no inclination towards revenge despite his circumstances. Naturally, girls fall for him because of his kindness, strength, and his knack for saving them from monsters just in the nick of time.

I wouldn’t really recommend this novel to anyone, unless you’re new to light novels and haven’t encountered this plot countless times already, or if you have nothing else to read. At the very least, the translation here is excellent and won’t make you cringe like many machine-translated novels do.
