The story revolves around a protagonist who enters a game as a character and faces a choice between defeating the final boss or simultaneously conquering three heroines, reaching 95% affection with each. However, attempting to pursue the harem route for 12 years fails due to the heroines' extreme possessiveness, which they justify as paranoia. A system glitch allows one last attempt, where the protagonist decides to aim for the simpler task of killing the boss.

The narrative combines elements of a fantasy world with an understanding of the game's mechanics. The protagonist's unique perspective, limited combat and magic skills, and his interactions with likable supporting characters create a slightly different dynamic. Despite some enjoyable moments with minor heroines, the main heroines, who are supposed to be the appeal, are portrayed poorly as irrational and obsessive. Their numerous red flags and the protagonist's efforts to navigate around them become tiresome, especially as their behavior intensifies.

Given its strengths in plot development and character interactions, the story earns a solid 3-star rating. It could potentially receive a higher score if not for the convoluted fighting and power systems, which are primarily used for comedic effect but become increasingly unrealistic. For fans of yandere themes, the setting might be appealing, but for others, the主角's constant struggle to avoid triggering the heroines can feel repetitive and draining.

The novel appears to have some intriguing potential, but it revolves around a protagonist who isn't particularly likable, at least in my opinion. The main character finds himself transmigrating and has a requirement to romance three heroines, earning their affection up to 95%. This condition is crucial for his return to his original world. In his initial attempt, he earnestly tries to win each girl over.

However, complications arise when he gets caught red-handed with one girl while working as her bodyguard, and then meets the third girl. Surprisingly, the MC doesn't seem to feel any remorse. Despite vowing to close his heart in his second attempt, the fact that the heroines might remember his actions from the first try suggests they're now determined to prevent him from completing the game.

While a harem plot can be problematic, it's especially challenging for this MC, as he would be leaving behind the world where these women have fallen in love with him, leaving them heartbroken.

In summary, the main character (MC) isn't the kind I would typically enjoy – he's self-centered and solely focused on returning to Earth. The repetitive nature of the plot, with the MC attempting to deceive the heroines and hoping they wouldn't remember, becomes tiresome as he tries this 12 times before changing course. However, he ends up encountering the same heroines he maligned, making the pacing confusing. Frankly, I lost interest due to his unsympathetic personality. Personally, I believe a more sincere and straightforward exit would have been better. If you're curious, give it a shot, but it's definitely not my cup of tea.

For those who feel uneasy about other reviews labeling the main character (MC) as a "bastard," the story subtly hints at his unconscious kindness. The heroines each possess unique personalities, and their character development mirrors the MC's growth, which is partly due to his efforts and a cheat-like skill that necessitates a specific condition. So far, the book offers an enjoyable read with diverse settings, and the yandere theme gradually builds up for an exciting climax.

At first glance, the saintess might come across as unlikable, but she undergoes her own distinct development. If you're open to experiencing a mix of anger and satisfaction from the consequences (karma), I would recommend this series. While the romance might be minimal, as the MC primarily focuses on escape, this aspect sets it apart from typical Korean yandere stories.
