This isn’t technically a spoiler, but reading your comment made me feel like not reading this novel anymore just because you summarizing the plot took away some of the charm of reading for the first time.

Okay, I don’t really read manga that often unless someone recommends it as better than the anime adaptation. This particular manga wasn’t animated, so I had to read it. During the first five chapters, all I could think of was Vampire Knight and Twilight (ugh). But it’s actually about Tengu (a type of legendary creature from Japanese folk religion), not vampires. The story revolves around a clueless girl who is inexplicably desirable to these Tengu creatures, and everyone is fighting over her. There's this one insanely hot, nose-bleed-inducing Tengu (part of the reason I rated the art highly) who falls in love with her and feels an overwhelming need to protect her. And guess what? He’s got his entire family of equally HOT Tengu's protecting her too. Hello, reverse harem!

I hated her character; she’s always weak and needs protection. There’s way too much unnecessary kissing and far too much blood, but the story itself isn’t very deep. It feels like the mangaka just loved throwing in bloody scenes, even though it’s not really a gore-focused series. I’m not sure if this is aimed at teenage girls or hormonal boys. Either way, I stopped at chapter 20 because... mind-f**k :D

well, contrary to the other reviews, I found this manga truly captivating.
For any shoujo enthusiast like myself, this is a good pick.
Yes, the main character is an overly clingy crybaby who sheds tears over every little thing, meddles in everyone's affairs, and tries to help but ends up causing chaos instead. But Kyo and the rest of the Daitengu crew are extremely hilarious—this manga will undoubtedly have you laughing until you're rolling on the floor. Not to mention the dynamic between the perverted guy and the virgin girl who, ironically, has a bit of a perverted side herself. Needless to say, this manga is packed with plenty of smutty content!

The only downside is the excessive amount of blood. I swear, the girl gets a minor cut on her finger, and it’s depicted as though all the blood drains from her body. But you can overlook those scenes because, let's be honest, you know Kyo will heal her one way or another ;)

Personally, I enjoyed the manga initially, but as I progressed, I found the plot to be lacking depth. It feels like the mangaka originally intended this to be a short series and was later asked to extend it, but didn't have a clear direction to take the story.
Additionally, I wasn't fond of the random ecchi elements added in. It seemed like the mangaka wanted to include some ecchi, but did so in an awkward manner.
Overall, it wasn't a terrible manga, just not one of my favorites. :/
