I tried to jump in the water but there was something like a wall blocking me.

"With Gengar again?" William raised an eye, not even slightly effected by her aura.

' Ser, servine, ser. ' she nodded and rubbed her head against his chest.

My mother was already there, and she was the one that usually washed me.

I appreciate the clearness of the writing and find the dichotomy between an industrialized Earth and the high fantasy planet Avar. The mc is cool, and the power system is thought out. There are even clever nods to a corrupt government, such as a child being given the sentence for his parents crime after they die.All in all, a strong start.

This is a good book that's worth reading. The author painstakingly portrays the characteristics of each character in the book. I've gained some inspiration from it and am looking forward to its updates.
