I seen good reviews so I tried this, but I just cant. Its basically just another sh*tty chinese manhua but with sci-fi plot and better grammer. And the writing style make my head hurt trying to read it.
STORY:
At first, I questioned whether Cloth Road truly qualified as science fiction. Thankfully, the narrative quickly transitions into an engaging sci-fi setting right after the scene outlined in the synopsis. The events unfold at a rapid pace, leading to an ending that gets slightly absurd = D. Nevertheless, the story remains captivating, filled with delightful (and unsettling ;o?) twists.
ART:
Cloth Road is among the rare manga whose artwork I genuinely admire. Not only does the art play a crucial role in conveying the story, but the characters' faces are remarkably expressive and charming. You'll see bones when characters lose limbs and intestines when they're bisected. There's also a wealth of detailed landscapes and floral designs. Additionally, the big bear is undeniably the cutest bear you've ever encountered.
