Despite the familiar trope, the author manages to maintain a fine balance with the MCs power up. Talented but not OP. The story so far sidesteps pointless face slapping and overwhelming drama to create a believable world and a story that could occur in a fantasy cultivation setting.

A rarity in the genre... I will wait the 2 to 3 months this takes to get released. Fingers crossed.

I want more novels like this where the mc doesn't break through the qi realm in 2 weeks and later advance to the foundation establishment. I feel it puts more Weight on how strong a realm is. definitely should give it a read of you are bored of the old topically cultivation novel's.

This was the best novel in the trial reads by far, it is a sin that it was not chosen to be translated! It’s rating was also extremely high for a trial read, but instead they picked the ones with lower ratings and boring characters who would be nothing without their cheat abilities.
