Some minor mistakes with the translation quality usually not serious and doesn't hinder you from reading. Can't tell what the stability of updates are because most the chapters were released on the same day. Story develops in a unique way putting a spin on the normal style of these types of story's though it mostly follows a simple template. Character design isn't explored all that much but it still gives us descriptions of the characters personality.
