After Flora Fluss burns down the kitchen, her son insists she is too old to live alone. She\'s got two choices. Either move into a retirement home or spend the rest of her life within a virtual reality game governed by society\'s most advanced artificial intelligence. When you\'ve worked a lifetime as an engineer for home appliances, naturally, you go with the option that has more toasters.
Soon, Flora finds out that the virtual world is more familiar than she thought. Though, it takes her a while to get used to the idea that tanks don\'t hold water or oil but the aggro of mobs.

    Never have I cared more about household appliances than while I got the chance to read this masterpiece. The Author does everything in her power to draw readers into her fascinating and eccentric main character.

    This is a really fun story with interesting world building and characters.  Its fun seeing the crazy things the main character creates to solve a problem.

    Basically put, this is "Never Mess With Granny", the LitRPG. Also, the premise of this novel reminds me of the grandma who loves to play Skyrim, and how she captured other players' hearts. Flora, the MC, is basically the same. She's endearing.

    While the world build is a little hard to fully grasp it can be easily overlooked after focusing on the main character and her hilarious personality and misadventures

    Very original and different. For once not the same stale stories rehashed for the n'th time. Its a good mix between comedy slice of life like story with some more serious touches. It has a good bit of an OP main character while not making it boring. On top of that, its one if the few novels that not only get the feeling of a game environment right (and not make me feel like the author cant count to 10 or never played an MMO) but also doesnt treat its readers like 5 year olds and gives me 5 paragraphs explaining why 10+10 is supposed to be 20. It doesnt take an IT genius to read this, but it is also not dumbed down to a level that removes all depths of the games mechanics and possibilities. In my opinion this is one of the very few novel gems on the platform. Can only highly recommend it.
