As the story progressed, I found ML's personality increasingly irritating, particularly when he reacted negatively and treated MC poorly, though not physically abusive. His excessive self-centeredness, as evident from his constant mirror gazing and self-praise, turned from amusing to frustrating. He often misunderstood MC, causing the latter to tiptoe around him due to his narcissistic nature.
Though ML didn't force MC into anything, he did display possessiveness through actions like kissing and hugging, which could be seen as an emotional manipulation. MC's character seemed ordinary, driven by the desire to reunite with his family and survive, and there were moments where his feelings for ML were ambiguous, seemingly more out of necessity than genuine affection.
The writing was generally good, with only minor errors, but the lack of a compelling plot left me uninterested. The introduction of ML's brother or other sudden developments failed to captivate me enough to continue reading, so I decided to discontinue the story.
