Eddy greeted Selina warmly, saying, "It's nice to meet you, Selina," hoping that their brief encounter would allow him to catch a glimpse of those captivating eyes. Unfortunately, his wish remained unfulfilled. As Selina declined his offer to collaborate on business, Eddy found it hard to reconcile the rejection with the friendly and enigmatic girl he'd met earlier in the woods. There were still many aspects of Selina's character that remained a mystery to him.
