My little brother never fails to disappoint. At the time of writing there ste only 24 chapters, however these 24 chapters already have me ready for the next 500. The main characters name, lucas, is also my name so i feel a litte more invested i this story thatn i would in others.
Since this is book 2 we can carry over some of the previous ratings.WQ, SoU and WB all get top marks from me, Updates have been plentiful lately since this used to be a 3 chapter a week series. I rarely get pulled out of the story due to writing issues so the quality is there and the world background seems deep.Both SD and CD have similar issues and thats due to some characters being seemingly forgotten, for example Princess Shan and Tianshi's sister, she disappeared from the narrative for so long that I've forgotten her name, to be fair they were mentioned in one of the last SC chapters.Overall this is a good series and the second book has a chance to elevate it.
This story is well written. I haven't read something so good for a while. The storyline develops well throughout and the picture created is fascinating. Overall this is a great book.
No idea how this has gone under radar! This book is AMAZING! In a way reminds me of The Legendary Mechanic... but that may be why people see the book synopsis and skip it.Yes it has an NPC as the main character... So what? It’s not a new concept, TLM wasn’t first to do it! Either way, the story is superb. I love the idea that an NPC can break the game, but I don’t like the idea that the Devs would just sit back and not do anything or investigate...Like in sayyyyyy... The Legendary Mechanic?I also enjoy the view of the NPCs vs the Players, it gives a darker theme to how video games work and the insides of NPCs.The lack of updates is understandable, one, it’s an original novel, secondly it’s been out for quite awhile now... and I was the first to put any Power Stones into it! So many people write good things about novels like this, but never bother to put in support! I will be putting in Power Stones to this novel every day!
Oh my god what a story ! I just liked all the words in the story and if I want to say specifically it has so many English terms that I don't know😂 lol but that made me curious to know more English terms from your story and the description you gave in this story made me to think about the main characters and for last this is the best book I ever read !
For anyone wondering what happened to the ending, I've got some news from CN friends:In a word, something happened to qidian.com which influenced many, many writers on it in a really bad way, including this book.To be more specific:Tencent took over qidian.com and sent a new management team. All the contracts between the website and writers will be updated to a very different version...and in a bad way. (example: ALL the copyrights and the derivatives of the books belong to Tencent .)That made many writers panic and wondering what they should do and where they should go.Cuttlefish also got influenced and had to finish this book quick.
Anyways, I've decided to completely overhaul this. It might take a week or two, In the mean time, go read my original novel "Enjoying this Generic But Wonderful World"!
