I read the story upto 300-400ish chaps long time ago and then dropped it. I recently picked it up and now it seems so different. Did the old translated version got changed or sm? why the current translated version has soo much gramatical and other errors?

Well normal means: Conforming with, adhering to, or constituting a norm, standard, pattern, level, or type; typical. Most people when they say "normal" they don't mean anything bad, it just happens to be that the majority of couples are straight aka the norm. As to why people can't read novels with same s*x couples, it boils down to that people like inserting themselves into story's.
