This story is very good.  Although some of the characters are unoriginal the plot and action sequences are very entertaining.Though as the author indirectly warned in the synopsis, he's not very knowledgeable on the nen system of HxH.  In canon hatsu abilities are a system of willpower and sacrifice, wherein the user creates conditions and restrictions as a representation of their willpower and conviction, which leads to a more powerful ability.  The author of this fanfic has the conditions and restrictions part right, but this author writes it as if there's some unseen sentient force that dictates what the conditions and restrictions must be in order for the user to use their hatsu ability.  It's a small yet important distinction that takes a lot away from the story imo, so I took a star off the rating, otherwise it'd be 4.5 stars
