THE ANIMS

Fiera, a panther Anim, has a secret that makes it hard for her to trust anyone. Her ability to use a version of magic called the Craft is forbidden and results in an immediate death sentence if discovered. When random Anim kidnappings start to occur throughout the land, her illegal Charms shop disguised as a perfume store gets more business, but she is not content to make money at the expense of the lives of her people. The perfect opportunity to act comes in the guise of her cousin, an Immortal, who asks for her help to find out who is kidnapping Anims and why. Fiera and a few friends will travel to the intimidating Immortal Court and search for the answers that could save them all…

THE IMMORTALS

Inora has been working for one of two prominent factions in the Immortal Court for years. She is the second-in-command to Immortal Kolin, promoting the idea of Anim equality and working against the other faction led by Immortal Sphinx who believe in Immortal elitism. Unfortunately, her crush on the mysterious and insufferable Kolin distracts her from the looming danger within the Court itself. As she searches for answers to the Anim disappearances, an assassin searches for ways to stop her attempts permanently. Suspecting a link, it becomes a race against time to find out what is going on outside the Court before she disappears within it forever…
