Run! Alpha Run!

Remus is on the path to becoming the leader of the Crescent pack, but he's currently studying away from the pack with his cousin Sirius. His goal is to find a partner from the human world and stay away from his pack responsibilities. He knows being alpha comes with a tragic curse – his dad's legacy says that alphas will only have one child, and their Luna (the female partner) dies in childbirth. This unfortunate fate befell his father, who lost his mother during his birth. Unable to break the curse, Remus decides to escape it by choosing a human woman as his temporary mate, hoping his father won't interfere further. She's a new maid at the Packhouse, and to his surprise, he finds himself attracted to her.
