Is this one of those perpetual ongoing books or will it get completed? I have been hanging on waiting for it to get finished and eager to binge read it.

Manhwas change too much stuff and progress at a snail's pace. . . Not to mention the amount of info they skip, so I'd recommend you to read the novel from the start, it'll be totally worth it.
