The world, story and characters are great and quiet original for wuxia novel. Many culture are present among African, Chinese, Japanese and westerner.But the writing is really bad. Repititions and typing errors are common among other annoying things and sometimes the writing feels of, the characters know things they shouldn't or you feel you missed something that wasn't told.Honestly, I can't recommend this novel due to the writing that gets on my never. But if you are lenient on it, it's an excellent story with good characters.
The main character in the beginning, was someone you could empathize with. Then, you start cheer for him. Throughout the rest of the story, I found myself hoping he would find the life he dreamed of and worked so hard to get.
I cant believe I wasted my time reading this, isnt this suppose to be a world or monsters & ability? Instead we've got gang fights & underground fights. It feels like it's been written by a gang member or someone who loves to join a gang but never got the opportunity
I really like the novel so far and it seems like i will continue to like it but the author can not for the life of him write. what i mean is there are so many grammer mistakes I would rather go read a random mtl than this no matter how good the story is if you cant read it than its as good as not there
I love it! By the end of the second chapter I had my first hypothesis nulled hahaha. so I'm excited to know more about them. More chapters please. Highly recommend! At first I was quite dubious in reading this novel because of the theme. As I am writing fluffy romance I tend to stay away from dark (gory) themes because it tends to rub on me, but hey, this one's goooood!!! The murder was just stated in passing (not graphic) so I'm fine haha. and it makes me think like a detective. really love it. I'll be watching this novel for updates.
