Little Prince

The little Prince pipes up confidently as he balances himself on an old, deserted log, "I'll marry you when I grow up." He adds, his determination clear despite the situation. The girl replies with a playful bit of mischief, "But you can't. A prince is meant to wed a princess, and I'm no princess, so it's out of the question." With a gentle sigh, she returns her focus to the coloring book at hand. The prince, undeterred, jumps down from the log with a determined grumble, "My mom said when I become king, I can do whatever I please. And I choose to marry you. That's all there is to it."
