Community Director Zhuang Baihua transmigrated into a tropey romance novel where the protagonist got entangled with five possessive male leads and the cannon fodder cast were all abnormal. Zhuang Baihua was now one of the five love interests—the legendary “domineering president.”
Zhuang Baihua: …we could improve the air around here.
*
Zhuang Baihua held an enamel tea mug while kindly calling his subordinate into the office. After a long night’s talk, the subordinate staggered out blankly and went to help an old lady cross the road.
Everyone else: As expected of the extremist emperor CEO! He mindbroke him!
Zhuang Baihua: …I just taught him core values.
*
Chi Yue was the “little white flower” protagonist. Everyday, the five possessive love interests around him showcased their mental issues. Just when he’d gotten used to it, Zhuang Baihua appeared, presented a banner, and said with a face full of affectionate care, “Comrade, you’ve worked hard.”
Chi Yue: “….”

Author’s Notes:
Ultra upright good-tempered (older) shou X looks pure but is actually paranoid possessive (younger) gong
Older x Younger, silly redemption story, only foolishness can cure dogblood (melodrama) and all kinds of other problems. Both the gong and shou are attractive to everyone and pursued by various people, but don’t dabble in romantic flings. (Pairing is 1v1 and all other warnings can be found in the author’s notes in Ch. 1.)

⚠️ Trigger Warnings ⚠️
Drugging – One character attacks another with aphrodisiacs. Another character stumbles onto the drugged victim and tempts victim to assault him, but is unsuccessful. There are descriptions of victims struggling with aphrodisiac effects but no graphic scenes depicted or performed. Characters are injected with drugs and knocked out.
Mental illness – Multiple characters suffer from mental disorders that cause them to behave in irrational ways towards the MC and ML (i.e. stalking, violent outbursts, lovebombing, acting yandere, etc.). However, most of them get professional help and get better. Despite its lighthearted tone, the topic of mental disorders are dealt with as a legitimate issue with fixable solutions within the novel. Therapists exist and do their jobs. Important: Please note that author is not a licensed mental health professional so not all disorders are depicted with 100% accuracy (especially the last possessive bigshot)!
Possessive behavior – Various characters show unhealthy coping systems and possessive emotions towards the MC and ML. This is never seen in a positive light, but depictions of it may cause reader discomfort. The ML himself is also possessive but knows it is abnormal and reins in his impulses with good self-control. Multiple instances of clichéd obsessive behavior, such as stalking, kidnapping, coercion, and various instances of dubcon, occur.
Violence – One character is known to go into maniac outbursts of violent behavior where he beats everyone up. This is related to an earlier trauma. Things get better.
Other/specific trigger warnings – Will be listed at the start of a chapter as they appear, though with minimal spoilers 🙂

Translator’s Note: Artistic license was used for novel title translation. In fact, the more accurate translation of “偏执” pianzhi in the novel title is closer to “paranoid” or “idée fixe” (a belief that someone refuses to change their mind on, even if it’s wrong), but as this story mainly revolves around dealing with overly-possessive love interests, I decided to use “obsessive romance” for flow. Thank you for understanding!
