    the empire, army building and cultivation system as you mentioned is just what I was looking for, its what led me to this novel actually, do you have any recommendations of novels with a similar setting? it doesn't have to just be cultivation, adding magic in there isn't so bad too.

    The writing is good. The plot is interesting, but I totally lost interest at chapter 19.  It feels like the story stalled and just fizzled out.
