The world and characters in this story seem to be pretty well put together and the novel regularly updates. However, I am really conflicted on whether or not I like this story or will even continue to read it. Nothing has happened, nothing of note anyways. From the very start until chapter 31, which I am currently on, nothing interesting has happened at all. The name of this novel might as well be “A Mage Goes to School” because that’s all that has happened so far. I don’t mean cool fantasy combat type schools either, no.... the main character went to a school and he learned math and some magic theory and then he got a desk job. Realistic, sure, interesting.... hardly. Besides that, there are the typical grammar and spelling errors found on Qidian. I’ll give this novel until chapter 50 to pick up the story, if not I will just drop it.
So far the book is really well. Read until chapter 35 and it is really good. The idea behind it is also very well thought off. Love how the male lead and female lead interact with each other. Hope the author updates regularly.

On third day morning of hunger strike, my body started trembling, since it was a Sunday i got to stay at home, but each minute i was wavering and every cell in my body was screaming for some solid food instead of water. I was at the verge of abandoning all my resolution for the exchange of a cup of rice/ anything in the kitchen.
