to give a more constructive answer to you, harems are sh*t, and romance is almost always never done well in light novels, only western novels have a consistent formula for decent romance
dropped for same reasons. But I think it is mostly author's fault. Because like 70% is the story is about young master slapping, 20 is for harem and the rest is to show off his power while random characters are like : Omg he's too strong, we need to investigate him and recruit or kill him.
Hermes being a gatherer of souls is correct since Hermes is the one who transports souls between the underworld and the normal world. Hes more like the transport and delivery guy so he doesn't exactly "gather and keep" souls but more like gather then send over.
absolutely love this story and kept on the edge of my seat. The banter between the main characters and the funny witted comments are enough to make you fall in love with their story. I am dying to read what's next but bo idea where to find it. A+ series
