Yes!!! Finally!! I've always wanted to see this book on this platform and it finally is!!! It is a real page turner, a battery drainer, it takes away your sleep, you don't want to put it down. You cannot even put it down until you get to the end! I will definitely look forward to the next one!

One thing up front: the plotting is ridiculous. Itβs like an emu on crack wrote down verbatim his little brotherβs ideas and tried to make them work. However, comma, it is the kind of ridiculous that is vastly entertaining. The protagonist is a pro at effing up everybody elseβs crap. Two telling, awesome details: 1) This uses more Chinese mythology ad legendary history, and more systematically, than any xuanhuan/xianxia Iβve read. 2) When the protagonist learns that past cultivation experts created pocket worlds by snipping off pieces of his world, he immediately vows, When I become a god, Iβll make those thieves give all that land back. Fair warning: the level of misogyny is a little lower than average for a CN, but still very much there, along with the usual homophobia. If you can read past that and put your brain on low power, this can entertain you quite nicely.
So finished the free chapters (101 chapters which is a lot compared to other novels)If you liked the world and systems from the legendary mechanic, this is definitely worth looking at. Although, from what I have seen, it does describe the space battle on a ship level (I lowkey skimmed through it because that's not my thing)Character wise, the MC is a frustrating one to read but at the same time there're likeable traits and there's a LOT of room for development. Being more of an antihero MC, there's some tradeoffs here and there and there're some nice scenes such as becoming essentially a dad and being a punisher for NPCs.Overall, I recommend giving the free chapters a read and see how you like it and go from there.
