At first you gonna hate ML because he’s such a je*k, but trust me his character development is so good and he become better person for real. the FL is positive girl even thou she having traumatic childhood but everything will be okay so don’t worry. This novel give you really roller coaster feel but worth try to read when you bored. the story is short compared to another novel but still give you satifying ending.
The translator uses a wide range of vocabulary, which makes the story more fun to read. The translator chooses words that don't exist in the dictionary, words like yap ( supposed to be an animal) and stagger ( supposed to be a type of blade).Another bad thing about the translator is the update stability. All the translated works of Chen Dong failed because they didn't have fast and stable releases, and the Sacred Ruins is no exception as the updates are rather erratic.
Very cliche start, with a few ridiculous points in the plot you have to ignore. Like, MC supposed to be top military something... but only been in four years, with no contact in that time. No explanation yet. Writing is mediocre, but the plot has hope within the tropes.
I really like it but its scaring me especially Jane sudden turned bad*** I mean freaky. Anyways, writing and storyflow is amazing. All you need to do is maintain a daily update and everything is perfect. Good luck! 👍❤
