A little advice; Do not take as definitive truth what is written in the reviews or comments about a novel unless you want to doubt the reading, because the criticism will most likely discourage you and you will not read it or you will start with low expectations, damaging that experience. Almost everyone has their own unique interpretation of the novels they read, so, as they say, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Read it yourself and judge from that. It should be noted that this applies to any novel.

I know what a metaphor is, but a metaphor that is used over and over again unnecessarily is not just another metaphor and becomes an adjective.

The author is able to come up with \"new\" magical adventures throughout the book.

I loved this book really. Great plot and psychological drama. Love story with a twist is a new genre right?! I loved care the author took to develop the characters backstory. Book just flowed without hickups.
