Have you ever had watered down beer before? If you have then you have an idea what I'm the King Of Technology has done to Release That Witch. It is better than water but that's about it. In RTW the MC starts an industrial revolution with the help of witches which allows him to skip the proses of making tools to make tools that he needs to make tools to make a half descent steam engine. In I'm the King Of Technology his only real cheat is knowing how to build something and yet he some how gets untrained people to build an oil industry and gas/diesel (not sure which) trucks before he even sets up a steel industry. If some one took some British peasants from the past and gave them the best education on oil refinement they could in two months or even a year, and then set them up with the simplest oil refinery they could. I know I would not bet on the oil refinery lasting a year. Over all I will not be waiting on bated breath for the next chapter, but when there's nothing to read I might come back to it because after all watered down beer is better than water (some times).
The novel is basically a poorly executed ‘Wind Calamity’, with a senju as the MC, borderline unreadable sentences, poor interpunction and spelling, and average grammar. The character is, well, bland, he doesn’t, in my opinion, differ from your average isekai MC. Didn’t read long enough to see any innovative interpretations of the shinobi world, but a ‘canon accurate’ version still deserves 4 stars.
