    I'll be honest.

    This is exactly what I want to see in a "Mature" series. It's not unique, not by a long shot, but its specialty is that the characters always stay grounded. It's one hell of a peek into adult life and it certainly doesn't pull any punches when it shows the dark side of the mafia.

    Honestly, I can't really find a single flaw in this. Sure, there are filler chapters, but they are just as entertaining as the main storyline. And the best part is, they merge well with the continuity.

    10/10, IMO a perfect series in its genre.

    This is really good, and it is indeed quite similar to goblin slayer. Not just the goblins, but the obvious heavy inspiration from d&d with hard classes and spell slots. The pacing is slow, but I personally like that. It lets the manga develop the characters in a very satisfying way. Both the MC and the female lead are great, he's your typical rizzler chad, an experienced fighter who's trying his best to survive while also being a good person and a just a little dumb. And she's cheeky, curious, and smart. Their dynamic really is the highlight. The art is also pretty good.
