I can see this happening since Penelope basically starts saving her money to keep seeing Eclis percentage. So basically she didn't know how much any other male targets likability and we've seen that it can actually increases when event though she didn't met them like with her brother. So without knowing it Calisto is now 100% or even close to that like 95-99% that even surpasses Eclis likability. I mean all the male targets is a scumbag but at the very least Calisto is the only one willing to move for her with even a small amount likability. Like in the forest hunting season Calisto must have usually just leave anyone alone then deal with the assasins, but he chooses to bring Penelope with him and tend to her when she's asleep with likability LOWER THAN 50%. So your honor, I rest my case

Seriously great manga, but that is lazy writing.
