It's pretty mid after a time. Becomes incredibly boring slice of life and the plot gets to a snail's pace. There's barely any development at all and most of it feels like side-plot or B-plot.

This series isn't much more than it says on the tin/promo image.
A guy is stuck in a tower and starts farming, luckily the crops grow absurdly fast for reasons, are magical, and he gets the means to both improve his crops and diversify. This gradually has effects on the wider world's status quo.
Also there's cute animals.
Lots of cute animals.
It really is a highlight of the series, all the cuteness.
It's cool to see his farm gradually develop, his skills rise (numbers go up=dopamine) and the bonds form, along with the hints at inter-floor social/power dynamics and some of the same with actual Earth.
It feels like the author made an attempt to think things through to some extent, at least.
Unfortunately there are quite a few times where the MC has an obstacle but Oh! What a coincidence! He just discovered/was gifted/etc the means to overcome that obstacle just one chapter ago! Or two chapters or the same chapter.. That's happened I think at least 3 times now.
So. It's fun. I had a nice time. It's definitely not great. I'm not gonna [i[enthusiastically[/i] recommend it on recommendation posts. Just a standard 'good'.
Ch. 63
Art is good.
Plot and character depth is fairly good.
Character development, especially with the cat is ok to poor.
World building is great - this story actually gets into what production between people in a magical tower vs outside of the tower might look like. There's a lot of fun exploration and introduction of a meaningful group of characters to help explore this aspect.
Pacing - slower than average. I personally like the slightly slower pacing of the story that others are commenting on. It helps me enjoy the comic for sure
Feels - most importantly, this story is very enjoyable and gives all the warm feels along the way.
Highly recommend giving it a try! If you enjoy cute and lighter stories in the general genre of fantasy & tower climbing, this is definitely something you'll enjoy 🙂
This has all the vibes of a cozy farming sim with a slight dash of action mixed in. The story progresses slowly, but it's meant to be that way and those who are looking for that kind of slow, cozy story will appreciate it. It can be a little dull at times, but it is quite sweet and cute and is a very calming story. I do appreciate that even though the farming aspect is over powered, the main character is still held back in other ways so he can't do everything freely.
I started reading this because I liked the idea of a farming webtoon w/o romance ruining the story and cute animals but it's kinda dull. I mean, we've had him farming the same vegetables for 16 chapters and gaining more followers but I feel like there's a lack of conflict and it's hurting the overall experience.
I do say the art is pretty good and the animals have a nice squishy factor esp the cat.
