    I like this series but I feel like writing interesting fights for these monsters is difficult because they're dumb enough that despite beastly instincts they're easily outwitted and also because they basically instantly kill the second they get in range it's impossible for them to actually write them landing a hit so the danger of there being a bunch of them has to remain theoretical. Also thanks to Conservation of Ninjutsu, the singular golden-eyed fights felt way more dangerous than the massive horde.
    Basically, I just want them to hurry up and finish this fight already
